The womb is a powerful energy center. It is a physical and energetic portal to the world. It is where our life force is generated. It tells a woman everything about her physical & emotional state of health.

This ceremony supports you in re-establishing your connection to your sacred seat by offering a unique healing ceremony.

What is a ceremony like?

• Intention Setting: Intention is key as every person will desire a different starting point to this ceremony.
• Plant Medicines: Warm cup of cacao, kava, or a womb healing herbal tea & intake of plant medicine on a micro dose level to better open the womb & heart space (you will be very relaxed but also coherent throughout the whole ceremony, and for sure be able to drive a vehicle by the end)
  
• Emotional Work: Inner child work and trauma release, to get to the root of emotions and/or illness you may be holding.
• Meditation: 45-minute guided meditation w/ a jade stone heated mat to support relaxation of the body and and elimination of toxins.
• Yoni Steaming: Detox & nourish your womb space with customized healing herbs & spring water
• Reflection: Journal prompts, coloring or drawing material for you to work on unravelling any insights.
